LA SALUT SANCTUARY

The Mare de Déu de la Salut sanctuary is situated high up in the La Salut mountain range, commanding a wide view over the Hostoles valley.

In 1642, Joan Carboners placed a statue of the Virgin Mary in the grotto. From the eighteenth century on, devotion to the statue increased and a sanctuary was built on the site. The neoclassical façade was added in 1862 and a votive chapel in 1952.

CABRERA SANCTUARY

The Mare de Déu de Cabrera sanctuary is situated on the cliffs of Collsacabra. Accessible by foot only, this haven of peace and quiet is one of the most charming and idyllic spots in Osona county. The short walk up, over Rotllada bridge and the Bram pass, is most worthwhile and from the top the visitor is rewarded with a breathtaking view over the plain of Vic and the Guilleries mountain range, spreading out from the foot of the sanctuary.

EL FAR SANCTUARY

The beautiful Mare de Déu del Far sanctuary is situated at the top of the Far cliffs, at the eastern end of the Tavertet cliffs, surrounded by meadows and tilled fields, and pine, oak, holm-oak and chestnut woods.
