SANT PERE DE CASSERRES

Sant Pere de Casserres, one of the most important monuments of Catalan Romanesque architecture, is the only monastery of the Benedictine order ever founded in the Osona county. It was declared a historical-artistic monument on 3 June 1931.

SAU RESERVOIR

The Sau reservoir was built in 1962. The village of Sant Romà disappeared under its waters, though its belfry can sometimes be seen standing above the surface. The reservoir is set in an idyllic area were a number of leisure options can be pursued, such as waterskiing, fishing, horse-riding…
